Wonderful staff and continent location
Foothills Park Apartments is surrounded by restaurants and grocery type stores making shopping and dinner plans very convenient. ... The area is usually pretty quiet and maintained. The maintenance staff is on point and very helpful as well as everyone in the leasing office. My apartment is cozy with everything I need, including a real fireplace. I can also always find parking. We are so lucky to have Russell, Ethan, and Roger on our Maintenance crew. When ever I put a maintenance request in they ... respond quickly to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs! Since David Vigil has come to Foothills Park Apartments, thing couldn't be better. The grounds are clean and sidewalks clean, ... lawn is mowed and watered and response to maintenance requests are completed immediately. The maintenance staff is wonderful, courteous and efficient. This review is for Mike (out wonderful maintenance guy!) While Mike was on vacation for 7 days, my hot water heater broke ... and I was without hot water for 7 days during his absence. The very day he returned, my broken hot water heater was removed, water damage cleaned up, hot water heater installed in under 2 hours. Mike always courteous and so respectful of my clean apartment. This was me and my girlfriends starter apartment in the area, and aren't we glad we chose this place! Management has been ... nothing but pleasant and friendly, we had a couple of issues like a leaky sink when we first moved in but maintenance fixed it quickly and efficiently. The location is what is so nice about this place. Olde Town and the light rail to Denver close by, grocery shopping within walking distance, all while being a quiet community with friendly neighbors. The price was reasonable for the area as well. If you're looking to move to the area like we did, this is a great place to call home. Mike is always very kind and informative! I prefer for him to come when there is a maintenance issue. Tamra was fairly new ... to managing this property when I signed up for my first lease. Mike got here shortly after I did. They’re very strong and patient people because they took on a lot of problems with the way things were fixed here the first place. It’s obvious they were rigged to work for the time being and not paid much attention to before the mindfulness of Mike and Tamra. It’s nice to know that you can live in a place where you can trust the people to come in even if you’re not home and take care of it the best of their ability!
